Position Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between the company and the audience, potential clients, talent, artists and creators. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.


  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams

  • Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users

  • Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews

SKILLS & background

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or currently enrolled) in Marketing, Communications, Management, Film Production or related field

  • 1+ years’ experience in social media management is a big plus

  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills

  • Able to explain social media data in an understandable way

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, Mail chimp, LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel


  • It's a 3 months internship with an option to extend if you are doing good and we just can't live without you ;)

  • This is not a paid position.

  • This position requires time commitment of 4-8 hours a week, unless you love it and want to help out more!

  • You will work mostly remotely.

  • You will attend bi-weekly catch-up meetings (lunch, coffee, paddle boarding or similar activities) with agents.

  • This position provides an opportunity to expand your network through attending meetings between agents, clients, and talent!
